Dr. Cheng Yun obtained his Master and Doctor degree in Wuhan University. he had worked in HUAWEI Technology Co., Ltd for more than 20 years. And He had successively engaged in human resource management, designing and delivering development programs for managers, and enabling the internal learning experts.
He had designed and delivered development programs for most of the key position managers of Huawei last years. And he had also been responsible for the research of practical methods and professional ability improvement in the field of learning and development of Huawei for a long time. He has systematically practiced and summarized the methods of enterprise training such as training for real work, test-drive-learning, digitalization of learning and etc.
